RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

CAMPING BERGGRUSS

Dear guests of Camping Berggruss,

in order to be able to fulfil your reservation requests, we kindly ask you to take note of our reservation and cancellation conditions. With the written booking confirmation, campers expressly accept all reservation and cancellation conditions as well as the campsite regulations.

1. RESERVATION

A deposit must be transferred within 14 days from the date of the request for deposit (by e-mail). If the deposit is not transferred within the 14-day period, the reservation will lapse and the reserved pitch will be released.

The deposit for the reservation of a pitch is: EUR 50.

This deposit will be 100% credited to you upon departure or invoicing. (there are no additional reservation fees) The deposit is to be transferred to the following deposit account:

The reservation is only binding when the deposit of EUR 50 has been paid in full to the named bank account. You will not receive a separate notification from us about the deposit received. Your bank confirmation serves as confirmation of the reservation.

If the reserved holiday period is not taken or cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited and the cancellation conditions mentioned under point 6 will apply. The deposit is non-refundable but can be credited towards another booking.

2. DESIRED PLACE

A request for a specific place will be considered subject to availability. However, no legal claim can be asserted. We reserve the right to allocate another place of equal value for organisational reasons.

3. ARRIVAL

Arrival: from 01:00 p.m.

If you wish to arrive earlier, please inform the reception in good time by e-mail or telephone. The reserved pitch will be kept free for you until 08:00 p.m. of the regular arrival date. If there is no arrival or no notification of late arrival to the reception by 08:00 p.m, this releases us from any further obligation.

4. DEPARTURE

Departure: until 11:00 a.m.

After personal consultation with the reception, it is possible to extend the stay if the pitch is still available. However, no legal claim can be made from this.

5. DELAYED ARRIVAL & EARLY DEPARTURE

The arrival and departure dates stated at the time of booking are binding. Should there be a delayed arrival or early departure, the days not consumed will be charged in full. However, the local and overnight tax as well as electricity will only be charged for the days actually present.

6. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Bookings already made can be cancelled at any time before departure. Cancellation of a booking can only be made in writing, preferably by e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

The following cancellation fees apply:

• Up to 29 days before date of arrival: EUR 50 (deposit)
• 28 to 15 days before date of arrival: 50 % of total price (local and accommodation tax as well as electricity will not be charged)
• 14 to 8 days before date of arrival: 75 % of total price (local and accommodation tax as well as electricity will not be charged)
• 7 days or more before date of arrival: 100 % of total price (local and accommodation tax as well as electricity will not be charged)

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance in order to cover your holiday in the event of justified reasons such as accidents, illness, etc.

Please note that the generally applicable 14-day right of cancellation does not apply to online bookings and accommodation contracts and that our above- entioned reservation and cancellation conditions therefore apply.
