By sending our contact form or an e-mail, you agree that we may use your data to answer your enquiry or contact you. If you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. This data will not be passed on without your consent.

The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG as well as Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfilment of the contract) of the DSGVO.

For the booking of accommodation, the provision of your contact details is mandatory. You only have to fill in the fields marked with an * (name, address and e-mail address, name of travel participants as well as data concerning the day of arrival and departure). Additional information (such as telephone or fax numbers) is not mandatory.

The personal data you provide will only be processed and used by the operator to the extent that it is necessary for processing the enquiry and/or providing the requested service.

Cookies

We use cookies on our website. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser, but do not cause any damage. We use cookies to make our website more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit. Plugins of the social network Facebook are integrated on our website. You can recognise these plugins by the respective logos at the bottom of the respective page.
