Reservation and cancellation conditions Camping Berggruss

Dear Guests of Camping Berggruss,

to help you plan your holiday with peace of mind, we have clearly summarized our reservation and cancellation policies below. By confirming your booking, our reservation and cancellation conditions as well as the campsite regulations are considered agreed upon.

1. Reservation

To confirm a reservation, a deposit of EUR 50 must be transferred to the account below within 14 days after request (by e-mail). The deposit will be fully credited (100%) to the total invoice (no additional reservation fees apply).

The reservation becomes binding once the deposit has been received in full. The reservation becomes binding once the deposit has been received.

If the reserved holiday period is not used or is cancelled, the deposit will be retained and the cancellation conditions stated under point 7 apply.

The deposit is non-refundable but may, subject to availability, be credited toward a new booking within 12 months.

2. Payment

Payment for the booked stay (accommodation costs as well as local and tourist tax) is due at check-in.

This allows you to depart flexibly and without waiting times at reception. Any extension of stay or additional persons will be charged separately at departure.

3. Preferred Pitch

Requests for a specific pitch will be considered subject to availability. However, there is no legal entitlement to a specific pitch. We reserve the right to allocate an equivalent pitch for organizational reasons.

4. Arrival

Arrival from 1:00 p.m.

If you wish to arrive earlier, please inform reception in good time by e-mail or telephone. The reserved pitch will be held until 8:00 p.m. on the scheduled arrival date. If no arrival or notification of late arrival is received by then, we reserve the right to allocate the pitch to another guest.

5. Departure

Departure by 11:00 a.m.

An extension of stay is possible upon consultation with reception and subject to availability.

6. Delayed Arrival & Early Departure

The arrival and departure dates specified in the reservation are binding.

In case of delayed arrival or early departure, the booked nights will be charged in full.

Local tax and electricity costs will only be charged for the days actually spent on site.
